A medical company needs to update the result of negotiated prices in the central IT systems and prepare the contract/proposals to be sent to the customer. Previously, this was done in a manual process that was both labour-intense and error-prone. The client sought an automated solution in order to simplify the workflow, while at the same time improving its effectiveness.
An Excel-based tool designed to:
- Import data from sales negotiation tool
- Create upload files for central IT systems with one-click functionality
- Create contracts (in MS Word), based on a configurable contract generator
- Allow detailed customization per contract
- Full process (data import/upload, contract creation) was automated, taking employees minutes instead of 4-6 hours per contract
- Contracts were standardized and aligned with the Legal department, reducing legal risk significantly
- Flexible, easy-to use contract configurator allows ongoing adjustment of all four contract types.
